Let me start with a BIG THANK YOU to EVERYONE at The Crossings who support and care for my mom, Ing Stevenson.  We are so appreciative of all of your love, kindness, and excellent care of Ing and also for your support for our family!  When we arrive at The Crossings, we always receive a friendly greeting from the ladies at the front desk.  They even have treats to give to Ing’s dog Shaq.  The CNAs are all a huge help to Ing.  They truly treat her like a Queen!!  PT folks are great motivators and try so hard to keep her moving and engaged.  Housekeeping, Laundry, and Maintenance do a great job of keeping everything clean and orderly. The nursing staff and social worker are always quick to react to any questions or concerns we might have. The Beauty Shop keeps her looking beautiful and is very accommodating.  

A BIG THANK YOU also to The Crossings for making Ing’s 99th birthday so special!!  Debbie Jackson planned a fabulous birthday celebration!!  It was an incredibly special evening with lots of birthday decorations, live music, beautifully decorated tables, flowers and a wonderful meal prepared by the staff.  Lilly in the Beauty Shop fixed all the ladies’ hair and they all dressed up and looked so pretty!!  Ing was the “Queen” of the day!!  My wife and I and our son were so happy we could attend the party.  It was a lovely evening!!  Thank you all so much!!      

Ing has been at The Crossings 3 years and 4 months, and she may complain about not wanting to get out of bed, not wanting to take a shower, her hip/knee/back hurt, but she never complains about anyone or about the care she receives.  She always says, “Everyone is very good to me”!!  

We are so thankful to the entire staff for keeping everyone safe and well during the Covid lockdown.  While the lack of visitation during 2020 was certainly concerning, but also necessary to keep everyone safe.  

We want to thank the entire team at The Crossings for their great job of taking care of my mom.
